I wrote this song when I hit my peak of overthinking all of my decisions instead of going with my intuition. I wanted to overcome my anxiety, spend less time worrying about things which are out of my control and instead trust that my body would guide me through. I wrote this in a period of life for me which was testing my human spirit and just wanted to make a piece of music I could find comfort and hope in
